The Flink Operation Center is a solution for controlling and supervision in a Power Operation Center, completely modular and scalable.
With Flink Operation Center it is possible to communicate Power Plants directly with RTUs or PLCs, as well as with the local SCADA system, using OPC, IEC 60870 and DNP 3.0 protocols or Remote Domains from Elipse E3.
It also brings a WEB tool, which provides settings from Power Plants’ tags base, alarms and events reports and several types of graphics on your intranet, or even on the internet.
Among its main advantages, we can mention:
- o Dynamic setting of new tags: you add new tags by uploading an Excel spreadsheet. Once added, these tags start to log historical data on the database, as well as alarms if they had been set;
- Dynamic interfaces: screens, dynamically made through filters defined by you, are the biggest differential. That way, you can follow values of created tags even if they are not in a specific screen;
- Platform flexibility: compatible with Elipse E3 and E3 Power;
- Solid and flexible data and object libraries;
- Database flexibility: compatible with Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle;
- Supervision and Operation anywhere in your corporate network;
- Graphics zoom with reinterpolation, it means, when you zoom in, what occurs is not simply an increase in the image, but also an increase in the quantity of points forming the curve, allowing more precision in analysis;
- Full compliance with Flink Power;
- Operation flexibility: the Operation Center can work as system controller or only as supervisor.
Among its additional modules, we can describe:
> Flink’s Quality Tags:
Module that logs quality indexes and tags availability.
> Playback:
Resource for after occurrence analysis, allowing it to be done on the system supervision screens. For example: The user, when arriving in the morning, receives information of a serious issue that happened at 3:15 am. So, he can open a screen containing the tag generator of the event and other related tags in Playback mode. Then he can move the clock to 3:10 am and press the Play key. When observing the animated screen with the historical data, the user easily follows the process on its original state. He can move forward and backward until perfectly understands the occurrence cause.
